Oh, hey. I'm Chris.

I'm a Copywriter with 11 years of Advertising experience.

I wasn’t always a Copywriter, though. First, I was a Media Strategist and Account Manager working on brands like Comcast/Xfinity and Safeway.  

 

Those roles taught me how to pull insights out of gargantuan data sets, charm the final approval out of any client, and proofread decks on any screen size. I did that for seven years, but I knew I’d never be happy until I started writing again.  

 

Storytelling was my first love, but until I became a Copywriter, I just wrote stories for myself. I got published in The Bold Italic, profiled a Nashville meadery run by beekeepers, and even interviewed a world-renowned tequila connoisseur.  

 

It became clear to me that I wouldn’t be satisfied until I gave the Creative side a shot. So when a Copywriter position opened up at Rapp/Organic, I dropped everything and went for it.  

 

And I'm thrilled I did.

 

Now after years of writing stories for myself, I’ve written them for brands like Wells Fargo, Caterpillar and Electronic Arts, while still getting to be the weirdo that loves data analysis and project management. So let's chat, because I’d love to tell stories for you too.
